Dan manages trading activity at Cedar Hill. Prior to joining Cedar Hill, Dan served as vice president/trading at a regional investment firm.

Dan earned his Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Wisconsin.


Jeremy Wilson

Jeremy Wilson

Chief Compliance Officer

Jeremy is the Chief Compliance Officer for Cedar Hill. In this role, he is responsible for oversight and management of the firm’s compliance and reporting functions. Jeremy has extensive experience in the compliance field having served as Compliance Officer for Kovitz Investment Group, and as Chief Compliance Officer for Chicago Capital Partners. His prior experience also includes serving as Director of Regulatory Compliance for HighTower Advisors, LLC.

Jeremy earned his Bachelor's degree in Human Ecology, with a concentration in Financial Planning, from The Ohio State University.


Kerry Holubecki

Kerry Holubecki

Compliance Officer

Kerry works closely with the firm's senior management to ensure the firm complies with its outside regulatory requirements and internal policies. Prior to joining Cedar Hill, Kerry was a Senior Portfolio Administrator with Cambium Asset Management where she was responsible for handling all aspects of the firm’s account administration and client agreements.

Kerry received her certificate in paralegal studies the American Institute For Paralegal Studies and also attended South Suburban College.


Mike Sipla

Portfolio Administrator

Michael works closely with the client service team and principal of Operations to provide accounting, client service, reporting, and trade support. Prior to joining for Cedar Hill, Michael worked for ABN AMRO Asset Management in a similar role.

Michael earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Illinois State University.


Troy Hasenhorl

Troy Hasenohrl, CPA

Controller/Alternatives

Troy is responsible for all accounting, financial and tax reporting for all alternative investments and private Cedar Hill investment funds. Troy began his career in the investment accounting and reporting division at CNA insurance, and then took a position with private equity firm Frontenac where he handled all accounting, reporting and limited partner interaction for their private equity funds. Subsequently, Troy joined Valor Equity Partners as Vice President of Finance and handled all accounting, reporting and limited partner relations. Prior to joining Cedar Hill, Troy was Director of Accounting and Reporting for the real estate private equity firm MedProperties Group.

Troy earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater with a double major in Accounting and Finance. Troy is also a Certified Public Accountant.


Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a designation given by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants to those who pass an exam and meet work experience requirements.
